Christophe Noblet is ready to stand as your local London Assembly candidate for West Central. Christophe has made his home in Kensington & Chelsea, when he relocated from Paris 25 years ago.
After a few formative years as an auditor & business consultant, he specialised in transforming organisations, working with people to deliver change and adapt businesses to evolving environments. He has most recently been leading businesses within a financial market infrastructure group, working with various regulators throughout Europe and the US, and re-designing products & services to fulfil client requirements more effectively.
Over the last 2 years, Christophe has worked closely with K&C Lib Dem Councillors, bringing his business & financial expertise to support social tenants, scrutinise Housing Associations, revive the local high streets, and hold RBKC Council to Account.

Accelerate dangerous cladding remediation. Invest to isolate homes, address dump & mould, and secure fire safety standards. Deliver new social & affordable homes for critical workers, young professionals.

Effective and affordable public transport network across West Central. Make sustainable transport options safe, easy & accessible to all. Reduce motor traffic on school streets. Incentivise transition of commercial road traffic to sustainable options.
