Blaise Baquiche running for Chelsea & Fulham

Local champion and climate change campaigner Blaise Baquiche has been selected as the new Parliamentary Candidate for Chelsea & Fulham.

Speaking on his selection, Blaise said “Having grown up in this area and fought for it my whole life, I am honoured to be your candidate in Chelsea & Fulham.

“I want to send a message to the Conservatives that they have lost the trust of millions of people across the country. The Liberal Democrats are the best alternative to their out-of-touch incompetence”.

“This is personal for me. I lost my father to Covid, who I was living with, in the week that Johnson partied. I represent the mood of thousands of families across our area who feel equally let down by the Conservative Party.

“So many people in our area have understandably lost trust in politics. I want to deliver for you to restore that trust.

I want you to feel safer, with new police hubs in our area. I want you to feel assured that you’ll see a GP when you need to. And I want you to feel the pound in your pocket go further, by fixing our broken economy with proper investment and a new trade deal with Europe.”
