Local Campaigner Carol Caruana chosen for Colville By-Election

Kensington & Chelsea Liberal Democrats have chosen local campaigner Carol Caruana to stand in the surprise Colville ward by-election on Wednesday July 22nd.

If elected, she will become the first Liberal Democrat councillor for Colville, the area surrounding the middle of the iconic Portobello Road in North Kensington.
