Goldhawk Industrial Estate: Residents AppealPublished on Sat 20th Jun 2009 The developer, London and Newcastle, has submitted amendments to his earlier application to develop the Goldhawk Industrial Estate. By now you should have received a letter from the Council about this application; the letter gives a date for the receipt of your comments by 8 July (some letters give an earlier date). Quite separately, London and Newcastle wrote to residents offering a 'drop-in surgery' last Wednesday evening. (Residents in Dalling Rd didn't receive this letter for some reason.) In any event there was a good turnout at the Town Hall to see the exhibition and speak to the developer and his agents. We're collating assessments of the developer's amendments now. Please contribute your view by contacting the Brackenbury Residents Association by Monday evening. We are producing an information and briefing note to help you respond to the amended proposals. With best wishes, Rosemary Membership Secretary Brackenbury Residents Association
